As of today, it is believed that as many as 80% of the worlds population have some degree of adrenal fatigue, and more and more women and men suffer from different kinds of hormonal imbalances.
In this workshop, we will learn how stress affects the body, the functions and the role of the adrenal glands and how the glands impact the hormonal balance in the body. The adrenals are very much the key to hormonal balance, reduced stress and increased recovery.
We will practice a HormonyYoga session with techniques to balance and revitalize body, hormones, mind and emotions. HormonyYoga is a self-healing tool that help you reduce stress on all levels and reach deep balance. The yoga and the breathing provide recovery and self-awareness that enables you to truly take good care of yourself and do what you need to do to live a life of wellbeing.
This half day is perfect if you want new vibrant energy, live a life of more joy and cultivate a balance of mind as well as presence. No prior knowledge is required and both new as well as senior yogis are welcome
The course material included in the workshop is a digital course compendium. The workshop is also recorded (only the teacher is filmed) and a link to the video is provided afterwards so that you can practice at home and watch the course anytime you want.
